Our first strategy is investing in high yielding HMO’s which generate significant cashflow for the company which we are able to deploy when opportunities arise. Our second strategy is the acquisition of land with and without planning for development and refinance, giving us the opportunity to develop and hold multiple units for long-term capital appreciation.
